Red dots/marks under chin, not raised or itchy could this be petichia?

I have these bright red dots and red/skin colored marks under my chin.they dont itch and they arent raised theyre under my skin. Could this be petichiae?

Sounds very similar to petichia, but to be sure- you should have a doctor take a look.
