I have a shiny red patch on the head of my penis
I have this red area on the head of my penis and its been kinda off and on for about 6 months now. I have tried cortizone 10 and lotions but it hasn't helped. Sometimes it seems like its getting better but then it comes back. Its kind of scaly or shiny.
