Getting a running nose is likely to be a cold, but can also happen from allergies. Colds are contagious, so cough or sneeze into a hanky and wash your hands. Do the steam inhalation as explained previously will help.
Having reread your post, it is likely that you are suffering from a condition called Acne.
You should also used medicated shampoo. If you are not able to see a doctor soon, a pharmacist will be able to advise you on which shampoo and medicated soap to use. It would be wise to see a doctor.
Thank you for response, it is really insightful and does lighten my mood on what it could be because when i have been trying to research what it could be with all the symptoms, it usually comes up with the results of having herpes or something similar to it...i really appreciate the advise you have given me and im very thankful for your response...but i also have another worry because i do not know yet but it seems like a person close to me co habit nothing else has started to have a runny nose on going and i am fearful that it has something to do with my condition...I know it is best to go see a doctor which i will very soon but i am still so worried that this could be an std , do you think that is possible?
Thank you
First off, you need to practice good hygiene. Take regular showers or baths and use medicated soaps. Always wash your hands after using the toilet and before handling and eating food. Get your clothes washed regularly too.
Make an appointment to see your doctor. It appears that you may have an infection on the skin which needs a course or more of antibiotics and an antibiotic cream. The lumps where the spots are that had puss on your thighs may still be festering inside. And these will flare up if the root core is still there.
The dark urine is an indication that you are not drinking enough water. So drink more. If you have other symptoms as well as the dark urine, then a urine sample should be checked by your doctor to rule out any urinary tract infections. It is important to drink (not alcohol), water, juices - keep off alcohol, fizzy cola drinks and too much caffeinated drinks as these will dehydrate you.
Your doctor may also check your blood sugar levels. People who have diabetes can be prone to skin infections.
For the stuffed up nasal passes, do steam inhalations. In a bowl pour in a kettleful of boiling water, taking care not to get scalded. Put some Vick or olbas oil into the water. Bend your head over the bowl and cover your head and the bowl with a towel. Inhale the steam through your nose and out through your mouth. Do this 4 times a day for a duration of 10 minutes each time for as long as is required. This will help to clear the congestion.
Eating a healthy and well balanced diet with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables and cutting out or cutting down on sugary foods and drinks will also help.
Make an appointment to see your doctor about your skin problem .
Best wishes.
