Small Bumps on Shaft of Penis (picture included)
I've recently developed small bumps on the shaft of the penis. The picture is posted. They do not itch nor do they hurt whatsoever. However, they are quite embarrassing.
Got the same thing little red bumps come an go an one has a little black dot in the middle on side the shaft more to the top doesn't ich are burn

It is difficult to anything without an external examination. The little white bumps may be superficial whiteheads. If they become red in color and develop open sores they can be indicative of herpes. Another possibility is Fordyce’s spots. These are painless but may cause embarrassment due to their appearance. They are abnormally dilated blood vessels covered by thickened skin. They are noninfectious and harmless. It is best to consult a dermatologist and get the diagnosis confirmed. I do hope it helps.
