Red scale looking lumps on my hands

Hi i have these strange pale red scale looking lumps on my right hand randomly spread out i have about two of them on my left hand and 1 single one on my arm which is definitely new however i feel the ones on my hand have got worse over the last 2 years.
I have been to a GP and 4 doctors just guessed but where not sure and none had an anwser.
Please someone help

Are they bumps or just patches? What types of things have the doctors guessed and what treatments have they tried?

Little raised patches and the doctors guessed warts but also said it is strange as they are only on my hand and dont seem to be spreading at all really.

Warts don't always spread to different areas- did they try any treatments for the warts at all? How did they respond?
