Red spot between my eyes

As the title says I've a red spot between my 2 eyes. It developed over 12 months ago and it's a permanent feature on my face. It not painful in anyway but it is extremely annoying. My skin is very fair and this tends to stick out like a sore thumb.

I asked my doctor about it, she told me that it's possible to squeeze it out but I would be left with a permanent scar. I'm not happy with this result, surely there must be something that can be done to remove it.

I can't be entirely sure but I think it occurred when I was doing intensive exercise but that could be a coincidence.

I would be extremely grateful for any advice on this matter

Thanks

I did consult my doctor about it, she said that the only way to remove it was to squeeze it out and then I'd be left with a scar. Perhaps I'll try another doctor

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be due to eczema, psoriasis, flat wart or some benign skin growth. I suggest you to confirm the diagnosis by getting a biopsy skin done. To confirm the diagnosis, please get an evaluation done from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
