i'm currently having a rash form on the tip and shaft of my penis.
a rash slowly started to form over three says on the shaft of my penis it consisted of red splotches along the shaft. also i have ben cut there for no foreskin but in that area it inches and has flacky skin on it followed by a little bit of swelling and redness around my urethra
