Red spots and purple glans

i used a benzocaine condom and within a day or a two my glans was swollen. after few months the glans and the foreskin peeled off. after almost 1 year when i thought that it was not healing on its own i went to a general physician. he diagnosed it as balinitis due to some bacteria and prescribed me anti-bacterial antibiotics and ointments. after two months of different medicines and nothing improving, i decided to seek another opinion and went to an urologist. he treated me for viral infection for 15 days and when things didn't improve he advised me to see a dermatologist. the dematologist diagnosed it as candida balinitis and gave me anti fungal antibiotics and ointment alternately for 45 dyas. still i notice red spots and dark swollen glans. the veins of my foreskin and at the base of the glans are also grown in size. he told me not to use anything now and let it be. if i notice more redness then i can apply clobetasone butyrate and miconazole nitrate ointment. i think all the three docs could not find the exact problem. after searching the net i feel the condition is  contact allergic dermitisis. the red spots and darkness still persist and it pains when touched. i am sure its not STD and i am worried. can anyone help ?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms lichen planus is another important possibility to be ruled out. Lichen planus is an inflammatory disease that affects the skin and the oral mucosa, and presents itself in the form of papules(flat spots) or rashes. It is an itchy papular eruption characterized by its violaceous color.

I suggest you to get a biopsy skin done to confirm the diagnosis.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
