Reddish, Freckle-like Dots on Head of Penis After Sex
Hi. Recently, after intercourse with my girlfriend of 4 years, I noticed about 20 or so small, dark red or brownish freckle-like dots on the head of my penis. They're is no pain or itching, no discharge, and they aren't raised at all. I noticed them within an hour of intercourse. I'm a little freaked out because I can't seem to find any information. The potential of an STD is unnerving to say the least. Any help would be infinitely appreciated.

It can be due to petechiael spots as a result of trauma to the skin after intercourse and friction rub. Petichiae are due to minute hemorrhage of blood below the skin. They should go away in a few days. But if they persist then please consult a physician and get other causes ruled out.
