Bumps on penis with hole at the bottom
So there's like a bump on my penis with some holes at the base of it that has some white stuff coming out. At first the bump was just normal no redness nothing but now it suddenly became raw and has a little blood coming out. The bump just suddenly came out one day without any symptoms whatsoever.

Sounds like a little infection (similar to a pimple)- keep the area clean and keep an eye on it- if things start to get worse or just don't get better, see a doctor.
