Also im sure a lot of women use a an over the counter product without knowing the dangers of retinyl palmitate as it seems to be in 9 out of 10 lotions.. i have had a normal ultrasound. Doctor, do you know what particular birth defects relating to vitamin A would be? ANd would they be seen on an ultrasound.
So even external applications are not without danger. So always practice safety and take serious note of absorbtion throgh skin too.

Do get your routine check ups but let me reiterate, caution is the word for the pregnant whther it be ingestion, inhalation, or oral intake of any medication with out your doctors advice.

However it is not safe to use this product in pregnancy and it may cause birth defects.
