My palm peels n itches

My right palm peels very dry skin to a point that bleeds! N it hurts when I close my hand! Is only on one hand it itches at times!

Itching on the dominant hand is typical for 'Cumulative insult dermatitis'. Perhaps some Vaseline would help. Hydrocortisone, yes- just to tide over.

sounds like you are allergic to something you are using like a hand cream or soap, try some hydrocortizone cream
