Undiagnosed red bump on genitals (Picture included)

This morning I woke up to discover a slightly pinkish bump on my scrotum. It is not painful or itchy and does not release any fluid upon squeezing. Also there are no other symptoms apparent.
Personally I think it might just be skin irritation, but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas.
I am in my teens and have not had any sexual encounter meaning this is not any kind of STD/STI

Also i'm aware of the small bumps, they're just Fordyce's spots as far as i'm aware and appeared years before this incident.

Thanks.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Looks like an irritated hair follicle or a small cyst. Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lump persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
