Scabies or something else?

Hi,
I had bumps appear on my body and are extremely itchy, I went to one doctor which knew nothing about it and gave me phernergen and dermaid as they just assumed it was an allergic reaction.

It did not help so I went to another doctor which assumed it was scabies, however, was not 100% sure either. I used the cream the doctor prescribed me twice, however, I am still getting new bumps. I have no partner or sexual partner. My family does not seem to be affected either. If it is scabies, is the treatment working or could it possibly be something else? The bumps aren't scabby either, and range from sizes.

Many a times even after proper treatment, a delayed hypersensitivity reaction to the scabies mite(even to the dead mite) continues for a couple of weeks or for a month.
