Hello,
For starters I am the biggest hypochondriac, I have had a lot of severe stress going on in my life and any small body ailment has become my greatest worry. I am a college student living on campus and I have started to notice that after I shower I get red blotches on my right shoulder. The water pressure is very hard on campus as well pretty hot. I have also noticed a few red pimples on my shoulders and chest. The blotches do not hurt or anything, they are just dry and tend to go away after like an hour, except it is still dry. I also live in a very cold, dry climate. So my throat, mouth, and eyes get dry too. My anxiety is getting the better of me, for a while I was scared of having HIV and shoulder rashes are common with that illness. I have come to terms with not actually having HIV (or at least trying to stop freaking out over it). But my stress levels are at an all time high, I even feel like my skin is burning or crawling when nothing is there. Could this affect my skin too? How can I help my skin now? I put argon oil on my arms after showering as well as vaseline lotion with aloe, not much has changed.
Thank You.
