Single Red Bumps

I have a question hoping some on here may have some suggestions.  So over the last few months I have had several pimple like bumps appear.  The first one was on my thigh by my groin.  Didn't hurt or itch was just there.  Slowly went down but there is still a small faint spot.  About two weeks later developed another one on my inner thigh, lower down my leg.  Same thing as first went to faint spot after few weeks.  Couple weeks after that developed 2 more on other inner thigh that did the same thing.  I am 35 and haven't had an acne issues since I was a teenager.  Today I developed a big red bump on my side area.  Just weird, wandering If I need to see a dermatologists.  I have been under quite a bit of stress and anxiety over a big move, maybe that has had something to do with it.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
