bump on my male genitals

ndq
So i noticed a couple of weeks ago that i have this bump that is located beneath the head of my penis and gets obvious only when i have erection. In addition when i masturbate afterwards it hurts a little. So my question is what could it be and what treatments are there.
Thanks in advance!
PS:
The photo isnt my penis, since i dont feel like taking photos of it, but the bump(the small one which is pointed with an arrow) is 90% the same and looks slightly bigger when erected on my penis, also it feels kinda solid, and when not having erection i cant really distinguish it.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be a small cyst, benign growth or a varicosed penile vein. Blocked sebaceous glands, swollen hair follicles and excessive testosterone production will cause cysts.

Generally no treatment is required but they become painful then it means they are infected,Then surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision may be required.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
