Skin-colored bumps on forehead.

I have about 4 mosquito bite sized slight lumps on my forehead. They're skin-colored, feel itchy/irritable occasionally and don't change. I've had a epidermal cyst before so I know it's not that. They all started as red blemishes and I've had them for a month now. Why could they possibly be? Also, last night I put toothpaste on all of them and it made them red in the very centers.

I've now developed itchy/ irritated brief pains in several spots on my scalp. I'm unable to tell if I've developed slight bumps there as well due to my hair. Any help/suggestions would be helpful...

Here's a picture of the aforementioned bumps.

They're very minimal and form somewhat of a rectangle in the center of my forehead.
