Hello,
As explained earlier, it can be due to chafing or dermatitis skin and the other possibility for dry skin is of eczema which appears like a dry river bed but it often accompanied by itching as well. Follow the above mentioned treatments and if the symptoms persist then get an evaluation done from a dermatologist.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
Well...didn't work for the pic

Actually, I think that the peeling is not the source of the problem.
I've noticed that if I don't have prolonged erection for 2 or 3 days, my glans looks almost normal.
But it's like the skin is thinner and looks more "fragile". When I have an erection, the skin stretches and then it "cracks"
What could cause skin thinning?
Please take a look at this picture, notice the area where the skin looks thin:
Thanks again

Hello,
This peeling of skin looks like dermatitis skin and friction rub. If it is not itchy then possibility of a fungal infection or eczema are less. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream after consulting your dermatologist will also help.
If the symptoms persist then get an evaluation done from a dermatologist.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
Up!
Still no feedback?
No idea of what it could be, even by looking at those two zoomed pic!? :(
