I went to a doctor and got it checked out and she said it was just an allergic reaction. She prescribed me an ointment and now 3 days later, it has almost gone away.
Thank you for the response,
I appreciate it

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It is not clear whether this itchy round patch is due to ring worm, nummular dermatitis, contact dermatitis or granuloma annulare. From the description it seems like nummular dermatitis but exact confirmation has to be done first. Steroids prescribed in nummular dermatitis can worsen the symptoms if it is ringworm.
I suggest you to get it seen from a dermatologist. A biopsy skin can be done to confirm the diagnosis.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
