Itchy rash on legs, please help

Last week I was taking a walk in the woods. There are a lot of mosquitoes, wild plants, and thorns there, and I was wearing shorts.

A few days later I got a few itchy bumps on my legs. A few more days later, these bumps became a rash.

My girlfriend who was with me also got some bumps, but apparently it went away already.

But as for me, it seems to spread the more I itch it. It also gets worse in the shower. No blisters though.

During this time I also bought 3 brand new jeans and bran new socks. Might be an allergic reaction to them, but I never had this before.

Here are some pics.

worst one:

oldest one (started as a little dot):

At this point I have no choice but to go to a doctor.

It's only getting worse and it seems to be spreading up my legs.

I settled on the idea that it's poison ivy.

But there's no blisters at all to confirm it, and it keeps spreading.

Although the 3 biggest rashes have not gotten bigger, I'm getting itchy little dots all over my legs.

Another possibility is tape worm from my gym's shower/locker room.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It looks like insect bites and infected hair follicles. You can take some antihistaminic like benadryl or Claritin after consulting your doctor. You may also need topical and oral steroids which are available under prescription. Also wear cotton clothes and apply topical antibniotics on the bumps. If the symptoms persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Also, these rashes are all on my lower legs, which were the parts that supposedly came in contact with something in the woods.

Is it poison ivy? I can deal with that, I just hope it's nothing worse.
