Small, mole-like bumps on tops of feet (w/ pic)

I have posted before, but here it goes again:

- Small (less than 1mm each), flesh colored bumps on top of feet (a couple on backs of hands too)
- Hard to see without and angled view, or unless feeling for them
- Don't hurt, don't itch, doesn't seem to have gotten worse over course of a year+
- More like flesh-colored moles than anything.  NOT blisters, as they are solid, no fluid
- They are symmetrical, but cover irregular patterns (more on right foot than on left, only 3 on the hands)
- They share same feel/texture as skin...not waxy, not shiny, not drier

I do have keratosis pilaris, but this is not that, as these bumps don't occur on hair follicles.  See picture (2 bumps can be made out just above center in photo).  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Vanessa,

I do have a wart on my hand that I am in the process of getting rid of.  I have had one before, years ago.  However, these don't share any wart-like symptoms (not rough, no growth or change over course of the year, don't seem to be deeply rooted as a wart would be), and I've never had warts other than on my left hand.

I do have skin tags, a few under each arm, one in the groin, and one near  the base of my neck.  They could be a form of skin tags, I guess.  I have just never seen a skin tag of this type (all other skin tags on me are reddish or have a stalk on them),

Would you recommend that I attempt one of those over-the-counter 'freeze away' wart removers on one or two of them, to see if that works?  I know this works for both skin tags and warts (my GP actually told me I could try it for my known skin tags).

Hi.

Skin colored bumps have warts, molluscum and skin tags as differentials. In your case, molluscum does not seem to be likely as this is usually readily differentiated because of its uniformed roundish appearance with an umbilicated center. Common warts have a rough surface and they may appear on the hands and the extremities. Do you have warts in other parts of the body? Have you been exposed to anyone with warts ?

Skin tags may be a likely differential here. They may vary in size and shape. While some of them  may have stalks.  Skin tags are benign and they do not require any immediate intervention unless they present with pain or they get infected. Does this sound like your skin condition?
