Need help with a blister like item on my foot. Please help.

I will try and make this as detailed as possible, I hope you guys can help because the pain is hard to deal with on a daily basis.
About a month I noticed a pain on the bottom of my foot, at first glance I thought they were a group of small blisters. Having dealt with blisters many times before my plan was to let nature takes it course and let the blister heal itself. After about 3 weeks the pain was still occurring and what I thought were blisters remained. I started to take a closer look and they really do look like blisters, but when I rub my hand on them they have a hard bump feel to them. (It feels as if a piece of glass or rock grew underneath the skin) I became so fed up that I tried popping them, nothing happened, I got through the layer of skin and when expecting the blister to pop.nothing happened. It almost seemed like there was a area of skin missing where the blister would be, I did this to all of them and relieved the pain for just that day.. (I know its hard to imagine, but this is what I have noticed) A few days later I can see the blister like things again on my foot and almost in the exact same spot. Now that area of the foot becomes extremely painful when I begin walking/running (exercise) and almost becomes unbearable and find myself having to lay down and get off my feet for any comfort. These blister things don't itch they just become very painful. At times after a workout I can actually feel my foot some what pulsating with pain.

Anything will help guys, I look forward to some solutions, because at this point I am willing to try anything for some relieve.

I suspect something is in there.  Alternatively it might be some sort of bite.

I would soak the foot in a basin of warm water with Epson salts 3 times a day.  Try to do it at the computer or in front of TV and don't move from an hour unless it's to reheat the water.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I cannot confirm a diagnosis without examination, but it can be foot blisters or fibromas.

When a foot is hot and sweaty, the sock sticks to the foot. The sock and foot then rub against each other and the inside of the shoe causing blisters to appear. Plantar fibromas are firm, nodular masses which occur as a single mass or in clusters on the arches of the foot.

Wear shoes that fit properly and keep feet as dry as possible. Wearing wet shoes, boots and socks will increase your chance of developing blisters. So change socks regularly.
And use foot powder to help keep your feet dry. If the blisters still persist then get it evaluated from a dermatologist/podiatrist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
