Something strange on my skin
I have no idea what is it. Maybe you can help me. Picture above
I visited one of best specialists in Poland. Tomorrow I've got surgery. He said it doesn't look so bad and made me histopatology research (i think that's english analog) I hope you understand :). I will keep posting what's going on. Thanks for help

I cannot confirm anything without examination,but it looks like a cutaneous horn. A cutaneous horn a conical projection above the surface of the skin that resembles a miniature horn. Cutaneous horns usually are asymptomatic.But sometimes they can become inflamed and cause pain.
The other possibility is of a melanoma.I would suggest a dermatologist’s consultation for this.
