Sore that won't heal please help

I have a sore on top of my head and it will not heal. I have tried everything and nothing helps. I have had this sore longer then 6 months.

I have no insurance. So I don't know what to do.

I went to the doctor and she cut it out now just waiting on biopsy.

That looks similar to a basal cell cancer or something along those lines.  You need to have it removed because it could get much bigger and make a big mess later.  Call a dermatology office and ask if they can work with you if you make payments, but you have some sort of skin cancer on your head.
