"Sparkles" emerging from skin?
Hello,
My fiancé is dealing with a skin problem where she will feel pain, pressure, vibration, or discomfort in a certain area (usually on her hands/fingertips) and then "sparkles" will come out. The best way to describe it is like a piece of glitter but you can't really make out a piece of anything if the light isn't hitting it. It's too small to see but you can see something sparkling there. Also small black or white dots/specks emerge from her skin as well. They are very small, too small to make out any details with the naked eye or draw any conclusions as to what they may be - hence why I am asking here. Does anyone have any insight into what causes this or how to find relief?
