Spot(Hive) under eye, comes and goes

every once in a while, more so when i am physically doing something, a spot (like a hive, just one in the same spot all the time) developes under(not in or on my eye) (it's on my skin) my right eye and today it seems like it's alot bigger from when i seen it last(a month or 2 ago)....it's about quarter of a inch in diameter, right now probably half a inch. doesn't itch, i don't even notice it until i look in a mirror, and now if i look down i can kinda see it there from the puffiness. can anyone tell me how to stop this?

I need some help. My husband was diagnosed 2 years ago with chronic hives. He was covered from head to toe. These hives lasted 2 years straight. The only relief he got was when the doctor prescribed pretnizone. Everytime he finished the medication they would come back. Now after being free for 2 years he has them back. They are in his hair, ears, hands. Forarms, down the spine, his butt, groin, caves, tops of his feet and now in his mouth. Once again he was prescribed a high dose of pretnizone. Now that he finished the meds today he is flaring back up. They start as red spots which turn into one big red patch( no more spots). Then once really bad it turns into what looks like big blood blisters. These hives also send his acid reflux into over drive. He can't sleep between scratching and the burning. No creams or meds seem to get rid of it. Someone please help!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms it can be cholinergic urticaria. It is a form of chronic hives that is caused by an increase in body temperature but can be idiopathic also. Take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin and apply some calamine lotion on the hives. If the symptoms persist then please get it examined from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
