It sounds like u have pearly penile papules. I also have them they aren't a std and are not contagious the problem is treating them which is usually by laser as there is no creams etc I've heard of home remedies such as tee tree oil but am not sure how successful it is as I haven't started it but I'm gonna tonight. Google will help you understand it better also I'm trying to locate a dermatologist that has experience in treatment with lasers I understand it's not cheap.
