I was told that squeezing out blackheads from your nose will make the pores bigger over time, and eventually the blackhead will also get bigger.

Squeezing the blackhead may invite secondary infections and this may cause infection which may need drainage. This may cause wide pores and scarring and hyperpigmented skin.
