Strange scaring on penis

Hi there,
Over the past few months I've started to notice some raw skin on my penis, and more recently, brown circles where it appears to be healing. The brown circles are about the size of an eraser and have been there for a while. I've tried neosporin but it hasn't been doing anything. The raw skin came from intercourse and I think the brown circles mean it's healing, because it's not red anymore, but I'm not sure.
I was wondering if anyone has experienced this before or has any ideas on special ointments to apply or ANYthing that will get everything looking normal again.
There is also scar tissue that's white and I was wondering what I can do to make that go away.
Thanks for any help.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to chafing, dermatitis or fungal infection. You have not mentioned your age but bowenoid papulsois and erythroplasia also needs to be ruled out. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments.Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
