Super Dry and Flaky Skin

I have very dry and flaky skin on my face, I think it's starting to spread. It started randomly over night. I'm very meticulous about keeping to my face product schedule, and I have very sensitive skin. I use the products I usually use, and have drifted to using different moisturizers, but nothing seems to work. What products would help? Or is this something I should have examined?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It sounds like seborrheic dermatitis. It causes flaky, dry, white to yellowish scales to form on oily areas esp under the nose or anywhere on face. Topical antifungals and mild steroids are the usual treatment and combination of the two can be used to treat stubborn patches. Oral antifungal drugs and immunomodulators such as tacrolimus and pimecrolimus are used in very severe cases.
You should consult a dermatologist and get the diagnosis confirmed.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
