Hello,
It is true that warts can be so small and they can also have hair arising out of them but it is not very easy to pick them up.I would suggest that you follow with the earlier told treatment and if the symptoms still persist then pls get seborrheic keratosis or warts ruled out.
I hope it helps. Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts.Kind regards.
Thanks Kindd. I thought that folliculitis was normally red bumps though? These are raised a little higher than the sebaceous glands around them, and they're brown
Hello,
As you are describing that a hair is sticking out of them, so chances of these bumps being folliculitis are more. Folliculitis starts when hair follicles are damaged by friction from clothing or blockage of the follicle. In most cases of folliculitis, the damaged follicles are then infected with the bacteria Staphylococcus (staph).
Pls keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed.Pls consult a dermatologist in that case.
I hope it helps. Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts.Kind regards.
it seem as if theyre infected sebaceous glands or something... they're all in/ on sebaceous glands
it also does not hurt, or itch... it's just there..
by the way... they all seem to be in hair follicles, hair is usually sticking out them
