Tiny Bumps along forearm tattoo
Hi I got a tattoo 6 months ago on my forearm, took great care of it but now the weather is starting to change and now i'm starting to develop little bumps on my arm. I have eczema and every couple years it starts to act up, but how am I supposed to know if it's just my eczema or something wrong with my tattoo. I have no allergies so i'm almost positive it's not the ink.
