Red tiny punched out lesions on glans

Hi
I developed this tiny red bump on the right side of my glans..which intially was painless..so dint care much about it..
it burst on its own and then there was nothing left except little redness in that area of 4x4 mm..
But then after a week or so i noticed few other bumps of similar description appearing in the same area which has now been widened to 1cmx1cm...They seemed to be painless until they burst..also i cud see they were umbilicated...
Now they left 4-6 small punched out type of lesions as depicted in the pics...
I didnt use any sorta medication till now...
I dont have such lesions anyhwere else on my body...
I have no other issues than the unsightly appearance n little tenderness in the ulcerated area...
I masturbate regularly...
I am uncircumcised Indian...
Non smoker
Non drinker
I have uploaded few cropped pics on photobucket pro so that u can have a better look at the condition other than my description..

I have tried keeping the area dry for continuous periods of time
and i observe that it gets puckered in the area of lesion

and when i cant keep it dry and it gets moist for may be 2-3 hrs or so....
i could see a little white secretion from the small minute crater type things formed as mentioned above...

whatever soreness that was there was gone
its not even tender now

is it some sort of a fungal infection ?
yeast or something ?

Thanks doc for the timely help

Wud be waiting for this reply too

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The pictures were not very clear but from the symptoms I would like to rule out molluscum contagiosum. Molluscum contagiosum is a common, benign, self limiting viral infection of the skin. They present as multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug. In adults, molluscum infections can transmit from one site to other skin sites by aoutoinocultaion. Treatment includes physical destruction or manual extrusion of the lesions, cryotherapy, and curettage. I would recommend a dermatologist’s consultation for this to confirm the diagnosis.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
