Very confused, 2 doctors 2 answers?

After having a lot of sex with my girlfriend, protected vaginal and unprotected oral. Well its seems I had some kind of infection that started last Tuesday, I had two sores/cuts develop on my foreskin tip,One is at the very tip and the other is near it but on the inside of the foreskin. I also started to develop a rash. I went to a urgent care doctor, :( . They made me take a pee test. He ask me if I had back pain(Yes,slightly over the weekend, but come on I squat, I hurt sometimes), told he a brief part my sexual history and he took quick look at the penis. The doctor told me I have no infection and I have herpes because of my two sores... He was very cocky and smug about his answer. Ok I cried a little bit and ask for a culture test because that what he offered. He told me if I tested you right now you test positive for herpes. I ended up asking for the test and they told me their out of testing kits...So yea I was upset about my experience with that doctor as he was being a d***.

I eneded up going back to my university's doctor because that was were I got my some of my lab tests done before. I also had my examinations  done there. The  doctor at my university said I had a yest infection.( I was on antibotics a lot in august and I just started taking more for my acne) He told me its normal for my skin to tear during a yeast infection and looked at the rashes and the entire penis, then came to the conclusion I had no herpes. He told me to use monostat.

So, I had 2 sore/cut on foreskin, pain while urinating, foreskin seemed dried, almost seem like it wanted to fight me to retract but it retracted, I think i did have some discharge(whiteish gray?), red rashes on penis head( not grouped) they where everywhere, seems like I also had cuts on the penis foreskin inside(notice 2 tiny ones) and one near the tip of the head(small too).

So yea I think its yeast but I'm confused.

thank you, I ened up schedule my appointment to see my university doctor tomorrow. Last two days have stop using the monistat and I was using tea tree oil, which cleared up the rash. The cuts on the for skin are still there and I have stop taking the antibiotics doryx, which was for my face, since Tuesday.

From the symptoms it looks like balanoposthitis. Oral course of antibiotics is needed. In addition, please don’t use any cosmetics on the penis, instead use some topical antimicrobials like Bacitracin or Lotrimin. Also corticosteroids and topical immunosuppressants can be used but they are available under prescription. Also retract the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin.

In case the symptoms persist then please get a biopsy of the sores done. That will clear the picture. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
