okay this rash just showed up above my eye a few days ago. It was raised with a few bumps. Now as a week passes by, the raised rash turned into a bloody mess UNDER my skin that then turned into a flat all dark red moist scab still under my skin. The skin above it is raw

it came back as shingles because it started off as cluster of bumps. Thank you for all your help.

From the symptoms it can be acne, bullous staph infection or even the possibility of impetigo and herpes need to be ruled out. Impetigo is a highly contagious bacterial infection and causes blister like sores on the body.
Primarily caused by Staphylococcus aureus and sometimes by Streptococcus pyogenes. My sincere advice would be to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated.
