Warts

I got a handjob from a masseuse. I'm not sure about her hygiene standards as there was man who got done before me. My query is that after 3 months I have seen a black circular wart like substance on my penis shaft but I'm not sure if it's a wart, it's shiny pus oozes out and bleeds too on squeezing it. However after applying alovera to it, it has vanished in 4 days just leaving a small red dot which is healing too. I  highly confused if this was a wart. Thanks I'm advance!

I recently visited a dermatologist with 30 years of experience. I was diagnosed with a wart. However it was not due to hpv that's what I was told. I asked again if it was due to hpv he said no. He said it was not due to any 'infection'. He used a white light also to see it. He said it can occur anywhere on the hand, leg etc. It's on the penis so it's natural to get worried. He gave me fusidic acid cream and told me it'll take care of it. Can there be non hpv related wart?

Dear ma'am, thank you for your reply. Let me describe what I have acquired in detail. It is is a circular black flat substance stuck firmly on the penile shaft. I went to  dermatologist in India. He said it was was a wart but not due to any infection. So does that mean that there can be non hpv wart. He said it can happen anywhere in the genital on the hand, back leg. He said that since I acquired it on the genital area I was worried and that it was natural. I called him and he said it's not hpv related and prescribed Fusidic acid cream. Is fluidic acid cream used to treat non veneral warts. Pls help me I am confused

Hello,
Warts do not ooze and it can e a sebaceous cyst. A sebaceous cyst is a closed sac occurring just under the skin which contains a "pasty" or "cheesy" looking substance called keratin. They may occur anywhere on body but scalp, ears, back, face, and upper arm, are common sites for sebaceous cysts. They can also be found on the hair rich pubic area. Blocked sebaceous glands, swollen hair follicles and excessive testosterone production will cause such cysts and excessive sweating can be one of the reasons for such a cyst.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
