Weird flesh colored bumps

Hello, I actually have two concerns:

First: I have been experiencing weird bumps on my thighs. Its usually one to two flesh colored bumps maybe three on my thighs and legs, they'll heal after a couple weeks, then later I'll discover another in a place I hadn't looked or possibly overlooked. I've looked up various causes and I'm not entirely sure what they could be. They don't hurt or anything it's just an eyesore to look at.

Second: I have a bump that appeared on my chest a few months ago. It started out a single red bump and after a while it looked as though it was starting to heal but it's still there, and it's a purplish color now. It's smooth, to the point that I almost don't feel it anymore, but it's very much visible. I know I should see a doctor but I don't have medical insurance, and I just can't afford a doctor visit at this very moment. Now physically I feel fine, I work five to six days a week, and I rarely get sick but I've been dealing with this problem long enough to worry, please, I just need to know if anyone could help me.

Hi and welcome. Your leg sounds like prickley heat rash and your chest an inflamed hair folicle.
