Weird rash on back of my neck

I have this weird rash like thing on the back of my neck. I've had this for about a year now, I've asked my doctor what it could be and he didn't give me a direct diagnosis, it also oozes a puss like substance from it that is very sticky like. I've tried everything to get rid of it, but it just won't go away, can someone please tell me what this might be?..

did your doctor give you any direction on it?  I'd probably go see another doctor- it could be psoriasis or something of that nature, but best to get it checked out by someone who can give you a direct idea for what it is and how to handle it.
