What are the small itchy red bumps that suddenly appeared on one side of my arm?

I woke up this morning to small itchy red bumps all over the side of my arm and elbow. This has never happened before, so I am pretty worried. As far as I know I'm not allergic to anything, and the food I ate the day prior are foods I've eaten before with no issues. However, I do have sensitive skin and have been dealing eczema since I was young.

I would imagine it's probably eczema related, but for certain, you need to have a doctor take a look at it.  A doctor needs to know much more of your medical history then one post can be, and will need to do an in person exam in order to tell you with more accuracy where the rash came from.
