What are these random bumps on my skin?

It started a few weeks ago, I noticed my back itched extremely bad and noticed that there were two big red spots on my back. Circular and about 2 inches in diameter. They reminded me of a really bad mosquito bite that someone had itched for days on end but I hadn't been scratching mainly because I could not reach it. I ignored it until it went away which took about a week then a few days after it went away I got another one on my left elbow. It was already itching and I couldn't help but scratch. I took antihistamine medicine, put hydrocortisone  on it, and a&d cream, yet no matter what I did nothing would help. It still itched and never got smaller. It took around a week for it to go away. Now it has been a few days later and I noticed another has popped up on my left middle finger, same exact symptoms as the others. I have checked for bed bugs multiple times finding nothing, and besides the first time I am only getting one bump at a time. No clusters or lines. It is extremely uncomfortable and I'm not sure what it could be. My husband has no symptoms of this, so it is just me. I have started taking bupropion Hcl 300 mg per day two months ago and one and a half months ago I started taking the birth control Ortho Tri-cyclen Lo. Not sure if that has anything to do with it though. thanks in advance!
