What caused this drastic skin change? (w/ so many possible causes ruled out)

I'm am an 18 year old female. I have been seen by a dermatologist for about 18 months. I am on Bactrim for my acne, I am also prescribed topical Aczone, and a tretinoin cream. I am prescribed 10% glycolic acid pads. I have been on birth control for two and a half years. For my entire life, I have had dry skin, that turns into combination/very dry sky during the winter. I adapt my products to react to this change, that takes place in my skin every year, and can always be solved by deeply moisturizing, adding a serum to my regimen, or decreasing tretinoin use.
In the past week, my skin has completely changed type, and is incredibly oily w/ dry patches. It looks/feels very greasy. I am breaking out in places I never have before. With enlarged pores, that look similar to what a blackhead would look like under a layer of skin. I have breakouts on my hairline, which I have never had before. Nothing I have done improves this, adding moisture, reducing moisture, exfoiliating, purchasing oily skin products, talking to people w/ oily skin and then using their cleansers and products. This is incredibly frustrating, as I take good care of my skin and can rule out probable causes:
-hormonal change/imbalance
Definitively out bc I am on the pill, this did not come around my period or ovulation cycle. Plus, I had hormone level tests about a week ago, which is a standard for a minor neurological conditions I have, and it was completely normal, and even the same.
-diet change
My healthy diet has remained the same, minus thanksgiving day that took place after the change in my skin.
-medicinal side effect
No new medications or medications w/ this side effect
-over production of oily
I doubt this just because I keep my skin well moisturizers, like my kife depends on it.
PLS SUGGESTIONS OF CAUSES/SOULUTIONS ARE GREATLEY APPRIXIATED, thank you for reading if you made it through. (:
