What causes fiber optic like filaments to pop out from skin and glow for a while?

I wish someone could tell me.  Spent alot of money trying to find out.

If I run my hand across my skin swiftly, these glowing "thaings" emerge
and remain for several seconds.  You suppose those glow critters are
the cause of lesions and edema in both legs?

The link below is to a photobucket video that shows what I am talking about.

Want to make skin glowing and healthy then try to use Eyerid Serum. I am 57 yrs. old and I do have wrinkles but started using this stuff and I really can see some difference in the wrinkles they are getting smaller. I am on my second bottle and I will be ordering more.

I have no phobias.  Your parasitophobia or DP label sounds exactly what a multitude of PhDs have been telling me.   One thing I have learned is that
when a "highly educated" doctor cannot figure what is causing my illness, it is blamed on the patient.  Even though they have seen it with their own wide open eyes in disbelief,  put me through a battery of diagnostics.  One doctor
looked into one of my lesions with a magnifier and something scared the
holy **** out of him.  He sent me stat for a biopsy, yet, it was in my head.  They know something is causing this, and because it is beyond their ability to diagnose, it is my fault.  Wonder if that is taught in medical school?

Another thing I have learned is how far behind the curve the average physician
is when it pertains to potential toxicological factors of currently implemented technologies such as nano, genetically modified organisms/foods, and bio-engineering.

There are hundreds of nano applications currently used in many products
on the market today.  Socks, foods, makeup, spray starch.   Companies are using nano as buzz word in their marketing and in their products without knowing the health risks  for the consumers.

GM Foods.  Bt toxin.  The bacteria used by Monsanto in their genetic
modification process, ends up in your intestines for life.  Guess what?
Thanks to the bacteria toxin,  you now produce pesticides in your intestines thanks to the lies and false claims of Monsanto.  They have not figured out a way to stop this bacteria.  Does not matter to them, they made their
money and could care less about anyone of us.

When it comes to these new technologies, the results are unpredictable.  Unexpected symbiosis and disruption of the natural cycle makes polymers coming through the skin not too far off in left field.

Research some of the patents that are being issued.

Parasitophobia is a clinical condition in which the person sees objects like this. You may indeed be seeing, but best to get evaluated to rule this out.Strange things do happen and my not having a knowledge is to be accepted.

No trust me.  This is not static electricity or water droplets.

Been dealing with this for couple of years.  I believe it is
a polymer of some sort along with some bio-engineering.
Just need someome qualified to identify it and help me
purge it from my body.

I can make the glow rods come from just about anywhere
there is skin on my body.  This stuff is most abundant
on my temples and shins.

Is this water droplets with the light on them? Alternatively it could be just due to low humidity and is a static electricity affect.

If they're not causing any trouble why worry.
