What does it mean to have white spots on my uncircumcised penis?
what does it mean to have white splotches on my uncircumcised penis?
about a week ago i found a couple small little red dots on the shaft of my penis and on the bottom of my shaft. yesterday when i went to see if they had dissapeared i noticed little white spots but i still have red dots and neither raise off the skin.. im afraid i have an std.. what do you think.. any suggestions would be nice.

These white splotches can be lichen sclerosis,pearly penile papules,fungal infections(itching is there) or vitiligo.
I sincerely suggest you to consult a dermatologist for this as without examination confirmation of a diagnosis is tough.
