What is the problem with my penis?

for over 4 months now i have seen numerous changes to my penis, as i had un-protected sex with a partner who has intercourse before, i am also 15 years of age, i am just hoping you can help me, to start of with somtimes the skin on my penis head is dry, and leaves sort of engraved lines, as if they have been dinted into the foreskin, also some red patches have appeared before, and at the tip of the penis the "japs-eye" look's as if it is swolen, if you can help me il be greatful, il link a photo below (these are what it looks like now) if any changes occur il upload new ones, i hope you can give me a breif idea of what im suffering from, thanks.

Hello,
It can be due to contact dermatitis, allergies or lichen planus skin. Lichen planus is an inflammatory disease that affects the skin and the oral mucosa, and presents itself in the form of papules(flat spots) or rashes. Treatment is available only on prescription and consists mainly of steroids, retinoids, hydroquinone and phototherapy.

Thank you alot, for giving me a basis idea of what the problem is, i think a visit to my local doctor is in order, i have been before but it hasen't really helped, im sure now it will be alot easier to identify the basis of the problem, and il keep you posted how i do, thank you.
