What is this Cyst problem?

Iv read many of the questions and forum topics and i see many people have many problems. even with this cyst situation i think i have now come in to in the last two years. On my face (mainly checks, chin and forehead) i get these huge cysts ever couple weeks or months. Right now i have three going on at the same time. They start off either as a hard bump or pimple and then turn into this skin infection/big bump under my skin with a deep pain. Always feels like there is a core in it. They dont go away and when the scab falls off or i pick it off there are white dots the i have to pull out with tweezers. They are like black head bulbs, little seed like white hard things. When i pull them out the scab and cyst get smaller and smaller and after months of digging and pulling it goes away! i have a few hug nasty scars on my face and iv spent hundreds of dollars already trying to get help so now i refuse to go to the doctor cuz nothing works. I am a picker and if there is pain and white things i will operate on myself. i dont even know if there is help out there. I wear make up and refuse not to. i need to look decent when i go out!! huge scabs all over my face! does anyone share this problem with me. the pulling out white stuff really freaks me out and hurts and bleeds but its the only thing that makes it go away! please identify!

Hello,
For recurrent blocked follicles or cysts, please keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Also for scars after picking, various skin creams like hydroquinone, azelaic acid, corticosteroids, tretinoin cream are useful. If it still persists then you can go in for laser treatment, Chemical peeling or microdermabrasion. Avoid picking, harsh scrubbing, and abrasive treatments unless prescribed by a dermatologist during this period.

I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.

Did you ever figure out what this is? I have a similar problem. Its like white fibrous skin, that when I pull it out it bleeds pretty bad. I have a hard movable lump underneath and my skin just won't heal properly. I am so aggravated! I think its a sebaceous cyst that I have picked at too much...not sure. Let me know if you figured anything out. Please!
