I had sex with this lady today and after the sex I had felt like the shaft of my penis had gotten burned and now I have a small rash on the shaft of my penis. What is this a sign of?
Wow sorry you are having this problem. There is plenty of good info on here, my thoughts is what a selfish person you are to go have an unprotected fling knowing you may be carrying some sort of std. Hope you're doing well and get this all figured out.
i am 28 years old , since last 4 years i have pblm like after masterbation or sexual intercourse when my sperm fallout , my penis, and whole urinary part as well as my lower body part like legs or sole becomes heat for 1 hour. that affect my sex life .
plz advice me
Hello,
This red spotty rash after intercourse can be due to dermatitis or friction rub during intercourse. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.
Also ask your girlfriend to get a culture sensitivity of the thick vaginal discharge because you get the rashes only after intercourse with her. It is unlikely that it is an yeast infection but other STD’s need to be ruled out.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
I am not a doctor, so this is just an observation and suggestion. For a professional opinion, please consult a doctor.
My first reaction was maybe something to do with friction or heat. A heat rash is common, and sweat can increase your friction. However, your recent fling makes me think that it's possible your girlfriend and you just don't "click". You said this rash comes even when you use a condom? Does the rash occur in the areas the condom was covering?
You can always try to see if this is in fact the case by spreading her discharge elsewhere... If you are that active, I assume you have had it on your fingers. If you don't get the same reaction on your fingers then you can try a thinner skin such as your wrist. If the rash shows up on your wrist or a similar area as your penis, then you can probably assume that you two don't "click".
At that point you can look for solutions, such as a special lubricant or different condom. However, the first step is to find the cause.
If the same symptoms do not occur elsewhere on your body, try to compare the two females. What else was different? They obviously do not discharge the same, but was there anything else?
