What is this rash on the inside of my elbows?
I've had this red rash for as long as I can remember. Seems to come around twice a year. Inside of elbows, bra line, and armpits. Itches. Skin all flakes off eventually and then it's fine for awhile. Seen several doctors, never been diagnosed.

When it comes around, is it typically a dry time of the year? Have any of the doctors given you any leads on what it might be? Does it seem to matter if you moisturize the area?
