Why is my skin irritated and showing small red dots?

About a month ago it started that my face felt flushed and hot but had no rash. Then about two weeks ago I got a few red bumps on my trunk, arms and legs and my armpit lymph nodes swelled up so I went to the dr. He ran no tests but said I had hand foot and mouth for it was going around. A few days later, the bumps/rash went away and my lymph nodes reduced in size but then I started getting a burning sensation in my armpits but no visible rash or anything. My skin seems super sensitive and today I noticed I have many tiny red dots on my hands, look like blood vessels but maybe Petechia but I don’t know what that is exactly. Been very stressed lately but not sure what could be causing this.
