Recurring rash on ring fingers of each hand

I keep getting rashes on each of my ring fingers. They start out reddish with raised papules, bumpy and pinkish red. Over a week or two they begin to turn yellow/brown and eventually flake off and new skin takes its place. There are also certain sections in different stages during this time. It will start out in one part of the bottom of the finger, then spread nearby. The whole thing usually takes about 3 weeks. Then a couple weeks go by of the skin being normal and then it starts all over again in the same spot. Bottom part of ring finger on each hand. I do not wear rings and never have. There is no pain or itching. But you can feel it and see it. Here are some pictures.
